Terms and Conditions
- Prices are open to acceptance up to three months from date of estimate.
- Once an estimate has been accepted, any changes or additions will be subject to a price review.
- Dates given for commencement of work are approximate only. Whilst every effort will be made to keep to a given date, work can sometimes be delayed. The client will be notified near the expected date.
- All labour carried out is guaranteed for 1 year from date of completion.
- All materials used are guaranteed as per manufacturers warranty.
- Unfortunately no guarantee will be given on materials if they are not supplied by John Clarkson Plumbers Limited, unless it has been agreed beforehand. We only supply quality materials from well-known brands that we are used to dealing with.
- John Clarkson Plumbers Limited reserves the right to withdraw from site if the contract payment schedule is not adhered to. Title and ownership of the materials and equipment will not pass to the client until final payment has been made. Any materials can be recoverable by John Clarkson Plumbers in the event of non-payment. The client agrees to allow access to site for this purpose.
- By accepting the estimate given by John Clarkson Plumbers Limited the client is also accepting these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
- 50% on works over £3000 final 50% on completion workmanship guaranteed for 1 year. Method of payment is by either cheque, cash or credit/debit card. Please make cheques payable to John Clarkson Plumbers Limited.
- All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate at the time.
